Our lovely friends Dustin & Donna just got married yesterday and I painted a portrait of the quirky couple as a wedding gift from me and Dave. A special mention to brilliantprints for the awesome and fast print. They loved it!

It can also be noted that Donna actually made that dress herself and that marvelous coat that Dustin’s wearing. Too cute!

whimsically decided to paint in an old drawing of mine from last year before my fingers curl up and die from getting out of practice. my heart wasn’t really in it, too distracted by everything else these days. can you tell? oh look, the furrows of their invisible eyebrows indicate a unanimous disapproval already.
argh, i am so uninspired. (and hungry)

it is my firm belief that we should accept all of life’s inevitable (and countless) tragedies because only after acceptance can we go on living. mourning is a great coping mechanism, but not an excuse to delay life’s other wonderful treasures. moving on!
being sadface for 7 days or 7 months is ultimately up to yourself… and i wonder which sounds more exciting, hmhm.
